A quick introduction
Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, I was the first user experience designer at CHG Healthcare, where I built a robust UX Design and Research organization to support its many products. With over 20 years of experience, I've designed innovative solutions, grown as a people leader, and helped organizations deliver effective and delightful user experiences.
My expertise includes design systems, mentoring, and exploring emerging technologies to enhance digital experiences. I've scaled a UX team from one to twenty professionals and helped transform an entire Digital Marketing organization to be more user-centric while building strong cross-functional partnerships.
I'm passionate about continuous learning, investing in personal development, and staying current with technology and design trends—and when I'm not doing that, I'm embracing Utah's outdoor adventures through multi-day rafting trips and backpacking.
